On October 20, 2011, the DC Metropolitan Subcontractors Association changed its name to American Subcontractors Association of Metro Washington, Inc. We are proud to be the first and founding chapter of ASA, and now will more closely identify with the national organization, the American Subcontractors Association (ASA).

The American Subcontractors Association of Metro Washington, Inc. (ASA Metro Washington) is a local chapter of the 5,000-member American Subcontractors Association (ASA). Membership in ASA Metro Washington includes membership in ASA. ASA Metro Washington stands for ethical and equitable business practices, quality construction, a safe and healthy work environment, integrity and membership diversity.
ASA Metro Washington’s mission is to serve as the united voice for subcontractors and suppliers to promote equitable business practices through education and advocacy.
